Hey my lovely readers, I somehow flubbed the permissions on this post, and for most of the morning only paid subscribers could comment. This is a no-paywall publication. Everyone is welcome to comment. Please forgive my mistake and do let me know if that ever happens again.

Us being the mushrooms that spring forth after the rain, MUST take care to nourish and form the mycellium that allows this phenomenon to occur 🍄

I’m just spreading mycorrhizal inoculum around my trees today, so this is very appropriate! I have fungi on my mind. =)

Yes! Speaking of innoculum, have you tried planting hazelnut bushes in truffle innoculent? I’m toying with that idea but they want a 50 plant minimum purchase. I need a few takers in the PNW, lol. Keep maximizing those unrealized benefits 🍄🌲🌳🌲🍄

I have not thought of that! I’m trying to save my arborvitae that we’re not happy with all the rain this winter—very clay soil here and their rootsies rot. 🫣

I grow those too, 🤣 Indoors of course. I’m a poor farmers daughter from the South who made it out due to being Agile. We got this 🦋

Average citizen journalists can bring this about. At the same time…Purge the biggest liars first then keep going by election. Zero tolerance for lying.

FYI: Zines have been a source for non-mainstream info for a long time. And better yet: anyone can make and distribute them.

Some argue that Thomas Paine was a zine maker; pamphlets are basically zines.

Here are some links to a few online zine distros:

https://www.sproutdistro.com/

https://www.sherwoodforestzinelibrary.org/

And if you want to make your own, here are a few resources to do just that:

(Your local library might have copiers you can use).

Zines are true freedom of the press.

They are wonderful!

Yes, we are the press, the only press reporting the truth and exposing the lies and corruption.

That's the press's job, and we're performing almost flawlessly.

Our press, however, cannot do much more than that job.

It is up to us, the people, to take the action required to stop the corruption. The people who have been appointed to enforce the laws which would put the brakes on and reverse Trump's and Maga's momentum are ALL in on it.

We are hamstrung; every hour there

is a new edict, a new bill passed, a lawless action performed with impunity.

No amount of phone calls, postcards, emails can stop this juggernaut.

We the people, if we truly care about anything but our own comforts and acquisitions, have to

take to the streets, strike or just stop work, stop shopping, stop spending, totally throw all the spanners in all the works.

Nobody is coming to save us.

The enemies' objective is to seize our money, our power, and our will.

Short of violence, which I don't think is off the table for ever if this continues unabated, BTW, we've got to bring the economy to a slow

crawl if not a total halt, by gumming up all the works. We can do this, remember Covid lockdowns? Just stock up now and stay the eff at home when you're not in the streets, the parking lots. and in front of all the buildings of power in all the cities and towns.

Feed your neighbors, donate cash directly to those hurting, volunteer your time, support only local where

possible, barter goods and services; now you're getting it.

Let's fucking go.

Keep in mind that the early publishers often paid a price for their truth-telling. Trump isn’t the first POTUS to go after the press. From John Adams on, those in power have attempted to prevent the truth from being revealed.
